Volunteering is integral to Full Life.  Over 400 volunteers give nearly 30,000 hours of service each year.  We depend on dedicated volunteers to enrich program activities, support operations, and develop our organization.

We’re sure to have a volunteer opportunity you’ll enjoy – from offering social support for seniors to spring cleaning.

Volunteers must complete our application process, including references, background check, and orientation.  In most cases we ask for a minimum 3 month commitment from volunteers.  Apply Now!

Day Health Programs & Memory Care Homes

Our fun and therapeutic activities include exercise, walking groups, dancing, arts and crafts, cooking, word games, trivia, sports, music, and discussion groups.

ElderFriends

Regular in-home visits with an isolated older adult. Visit the ElderFriends program page to learn more about this unique opportunity to volunteer one-on-one.

AmeriCorps and VISTA

AmeriCorps members provide direct service to clients in our day centers and ElderFriends program.  VISTA members work behind the scenes to increase capacity. Recruiting generally starts in May.
