Full Life understands the mind, body and soul equation and how it is core to our mission. This value is central to Solstice, our licensed community mental health program.

Solstice empowers people to maintain healthy, independent living by providing mental health services in a safe and supportive environment. Our staffing team includes geriatric mental health specialists, masters level case managers and an advanced registered nurse practitioner.

We offer coordinated care plans that address a full range of client needs, including those with multiple diagnoses. Our services include:

  • Assessment and diagnosis
  • Treatment planning
  • Case management
  • Day treatment
  • Medication management

Payment options include Medicaid and private pay. A sliding scale is also available.

Barbara GarrettBarbara Garrett, MHP, LMHC, is Director of Mental Health Services. Barbara has over 17 years of experience in community mental health, both as a clinician and as a clinical supervisor. She is very familiar with not only the challenges of mental illness, but also issues facing elders, brain injury survivors and adults with developmental disabilities.
