  • Friendly Phone Call Brigade: Offer one-on-one socialization, enrichment ideas, and reassurance to elders and adults with disabilities in Full Life’s network expressing loneliness. This opportunity is now open for current and recent Full Life volunteers. New applicants may be added to our waitlist to be contacted if our needs evolve.   •  By April 17 – Create Cards of Encouragement: Mail us handmade or handwritten cards for Full Life participants coping with increased feelings of isolation. Refer to Creating Cards of Encouragement for Full Life for more details. Anyone is welcome to contribute, and spread the word!

In keeping with COVID-19 precautions, all in-person volunteering has been temporarily suspended until further notice. In the meantime, we invite you to join the emerging remote service options above. Volunteers are valued as an integral part of Full Life Care programs and services. Each year, more than 500 volunteers give 15,000 hours of 

service, while full time AmeriCorps members contribute thousands more. 

Full Life Care offers a variety of volunteer opportunities in King and Snohomish counties for direct client interaction, administration, and behind-the-scenes support.


The ElderFriends program custom matches volunteers to provide one-on-one companionship, outreach, and advocacy for isolated older adults in Seattle and King County.


AmeriCorps is a national service program that offers full-time service opportunities to address critical community needs.
