Acting Executive Director

It’s been a busy few weeks at Full Life Care. When I started as acting executive director earlier this month, I promised thoughtful decisions, regular updates and a commitment to Full Life Care’s mission.

Here are updates to share with you so far:

The Transition Team

A small, dedicated team of Full Life Care leaders join me to evaluate every program and make decisions that guide Full Life toward a strong future. Our mission and dedication to vulnerable adults remains at the center.

  • Kristin Ott, Director of Adult Day Health Services. Kristin joined Full Life Care in 2000 as a social worker and has served as a key leader in adult day health for many years. She holds a master’s degree in social work.
  • Rena Ferretti, Director of Community-Based Services. Rena joined Full Life Care in 2007 as a Home Care supervisor, and grew to manage the home care program for several years. She now oversees the operations of the majority of Full Life’s programs.
  • Kris Lau, Director of Community-Based Services. Kris has returned to Full Life Care full time. She joined Full Life in 2010 and served in several roles, the most recent as director of Solstice Behavioral Health. Kris will oversee the clinical aspects of most of Full Life’s programs.

Welcome our Interim CFO

Joe Plouf has agreed to serve as the interim chief financial officer for Full Life Care. Joe has been a member of our accounting team as a part-time project manager since 2017. He is a certified public accountant with previous experience as controller of Bastyr University, finance manager at Starbucks and audit manager at KPMG.

Thank you all for your continued support and ongoing commitment to Full Life Care.
