Melanie Beverlin, Participant of Full Life Care Adult Day Health and Home Care

I used to live in an adult family home and I had to come here (to adult day health). Now I live independently. I have a place away from downtown. Even after I moved to my own place, I still came here.

I live on my own now. I have a care worker from Full Life who comes to my house a few hours a day. They help clean and go with me on errands.

I come here because of the people and the exercise. It keeps me out of mischief and keeps the bad people away.
