Care Teams mobilizes teams of trained volunteers to provide social, emotional, and practical support for unpaid family caregivers of seniors and veterans. The result is an opportunity to relieve caregiver isolation, fatigue, and burnout, and establish a trusted network of support for both the caregiver and care receiver long-term. This program receives funding from the King County Veterans Seniors and Human Services Levy.
