Full Life Care provides service coordination to tenants residing in Seattle Housing Authority (SHA) Low-Income Public Housing (LIPH) and Scattered Sites properties throughout Seattle.

Our team maintains weekly office hours and provides a variety of supports and services, including:

  • crisis intervention, information and referral for behavioral health and chemical dependency treatment;
  • access and follow up with a primary care physician;
  • connection with community agencies to obtain rental and/or energy assistance;
  • enrollment with representative payee services; and
  • connection with legal resources such as the Northwest Justice Project and the Legal Action Clinic, to advocate for clients’ housing rights.

The program also provides intervention with issues associated with chronic hoarding and pest infestations. Our specialist assists residents in decluttering their homes in order to comply with their lease, and helps prepare their homes for any necessary bedbug or roach treatments.

Our primary goal is to advocate on behalf of tenants’ housing rights by providing these resources and supports, and to help tenants maintain their independence and their housing and – whenever possible – to prevent eviction.

Our services are free to residents residing within many of SHA’s LIPH or Scattered Sites portfolios.
